Administrative Assistance

Perhaps your talents lie in the area of organization?  Our Jewish community agencies periodically need assistance with filing, mailings, data entry and phone work.

Jewish Community Service

Open to all volunteers desiring to give back through mitzvot, but needing flexibility of schedule.  Includes program support, preparing/delivering gift baskets and event set-up.

Friendly Visiting

Open to adults.  Volunteers visit with a Senior to build a relationship through games, crafts and conversation.  Visits are typically once per week, 45 to 60 minutes long.

Religious Outreach

Open to adults, college, high school and middle school students, and families.  Volunteers participate in monthly Shabbat and other holiday services at area Adult Residential Communities.

Transportation

Do you also possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record?  Our community has a need of volunteers who can drive Seniors to services, social events, medical appointments, etc.

JFS & Federation Committees

Are you interested in being more involved in the Federation? There are opportunities in each division to serve on committees and volunteer at events. This is the perfect opportunity to share your leadership skills with our Jewish community.
