Federation Feeds – Restaurant Partners

To become a Restaurant Partner at Federation Feeds and be listed on all marketing materials, please submit the form below (or download and mail/email this form) by August 15, 2018. Submissions received by September 4, 2018 may have limited marketing.

The Jewish Federation agrees to support this event with the following:

Promotion of Restaurant Partners in media platforms across the Jewish community

Promotion of Restaurant Partners in all distributed printed materials in conjunction with the event including: invitations, event flyers, posters, and programs

Full page ad in event program (provided by the restaurant)

Restaurant Partners agree to support this event with the following:

Prepare and serve sample size food specialties to up to 200 guests

Donate an imaginative and/or creative gift package or certificate for the silent auction (minimum value of $100)

Promote the event through your social media, contacts, newsletters, etc.

Give permission to use your name and restaurant in all colllateral material used in conjunction with the event

Be set-up no earlier than two hours prior to the event and remain present throughout event

Provide all equipment needed for serving (please use liquid heat, no fryers or ovens)

Provide serving dishes, platters, trays, and serving utensils

Provide your own station décor

Provide serving bowls, cups, etc. (if supplied 7” plates are not sufficient)

Provide peronalized napkins, sample menus, flyers, business cards, coupons (optional)

Clean-up serving area and remove all items from TRAINE immediately following the event

Form submitted by August 15, 2018 to be included in all marketing materials

The Jewish Federation and TRAINE will provide:

Booth signage — Restaurant

Heavy weight 7” plates, plastic silverware, and cocktail napkins

Two 6’ tables with linens

Event Timeline:

  • Event space will be available for set-up at 4:30 pm on Thursday, October 4, 2018
  • Station décor should be completed by 5:45 pm
  • Event starts at 6:30 pm; serving time lasts from 6:30–9:00 pm
  • 200 servings required
  • You will receive a detailed email one week prior with specific drop-off instructions

Dietary requirements: Kosher style - no shellfish, no pork, no dairy and meat cooked together. It is ok to have separate dishes of meat and dairy to sample.
