About the instructor: Yoga Mike hails from Chicago, and has been and has been in the fitness world as well as an intentional meditation practitioner for over a decade, which is what connected him to yoga. Once he entered his first yoga studio he noticed all kinds of people talking and using the same language he had been using for years. Then he learned that people, for centuries, had been using the same language. He was hooked immediately and says it has been a series of endless rabbit holes for him since then.
