About the instructor: Deb Orol, RN, Holistic Health Coach, detox specialist and “essential oils guru” has been practicing as a Registered Nurse for almost 25 years. After some health challenges she began to look at how we approach health in our society. She then received additional training to practice Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she learned that, given the right tools and support, we could help heal our body, mind and soul.
