Overview: This practice will strengthen your entire body, open your hips and shoulders and balance your nervous system. You will focus on slow, deliberate transitions between postures and long, demanding holds. This challenging, yet accessible practice will reconnect you to the essence of your practice by helping you focus on breathing into your body and moving at a mindful, consistent pace.
Who Should Come: This is for all levels, beginners are certainly welcome. Modifications and variations will be offered to accommodate every person, whether that's to make it more challenging or notch it down.
Props: We have a very limited number of mats so please bring your own mat. Yoga blocks or other props are welcome too, if you want to use them in your practice.
About the Instructor: Mike is originally from Chicago, and has been teaching yoga for one year but has spent 10 plus years in the athletic and fitness world.
