Autumn is all about new beginnings. What better time to reflect on habitual stressors and reboot from the inside out! Become AWARE of the person you really are through mindfulness techniques, fun interactive activities and gentle movements. Carve out some much needed “me” time to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind and reclaim your best self.
This 3 week series will be co-facilitated by a certified wellness coach and a registered yoga instructor.

About the instructors:
Simone Horvitz –Currently works as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Workplace Options where she supports employees from around the globe to pursue their personal vision of wellbeing. Simone loves exercising, exploring outdoors, learning and the peace and balance that all brings.
Phyllis Kritz –Graduated from the NC School of Yoga in 2008 and in 2012 completed the Yoga and Jewish Spirituality Teacher Training Institute. Most recently she completed her 500-hour level Yoga Teacher Training through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy. Her teaching practice is an evolving mix of private classes, Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) meetings and custom workshops
