Redefining Aging: Guided Conversations about Elderhood (New Cohort!)

Program Description: Navigating elderhood can be challenging but also presents opportunities for growth and well-being. We will discuss these challenges as well as what may help us to age well.  JFS Senior Services social worker, Abby Palmer MSW will present relevant research-based information and facilitate conversation on a variety of pertinent topics. 

This group is for new participants only. If you are continuing from a previous cohort, a registration link will be sent to you separately.

Registration is required – walk-ins are not permitted. Space is limited. A waiting list will be started once the group is full.
