Program Description: Join us for an engaging four-week journey into the science and practice of well-being. Prior to the program start, participants will complete a brief well-being inventory. In the first session, the instructor will summarize the group’s results and highlight common themes to foster connection, perspective, and a sense of shared humanity.
Through guided mindfulness practices, reflective exercises, and thoughtful discussion, participants will learn practical, evidence-based strategies to build greater calm, resilience, connection, and meaning in everyday life while creating lasting positive change in a warm and welcoming community setting.
Participants will leave with practical tools they can continue using long after the series ends and greater capacity to flourish in everyday life.
Weekly Themes:
Week 1: Understand well-being and build gratitude from within
Week 2: Expand gratitude outward and tap into kindness and connection
Week 3: Bring kindness into daily life through intentional action
Week 4: Reflect, integrate, and carry your growth forward
