Interfaith Young Couples Meetup: The Book of Ruth

  • David R. Kahn Community Campus 12804 Norwood Road Raleigh, NC, 27613 United States (map)

Program Description: Celebrate Shavuot with a sweet treat and meaningful conversation for interfaith couples. Join us at the JCC for ice cream, connection, and a thoughtful discussion centered on the Book of Ruth, the story traditionally read on Shavuot.

Together we'll explore Ruth's journey of belonging, commitment, and identity–one of the most powerful narratives in Jewish tradition about someone choosing to join and stand with the Jewish people. Her story opens the door to important conversations about partnership, building Jewish homes together, and the meaningful role non-Jewish partners play in Jewish life and community.

This relaxed evening is designed specifically for interfaith couples who want to connect with others navigating similar experiences, share perspectives, and explore Jewish tradition in a welcoming and thoughtful space.

When: Monday, May 18 from 7-9pm

Where: David R. Kahn Community Campus
